There are only two airports that accept international flights in Montenegro – in Podgorica and in Tivat. You can get to Podgorica via Chisinau, Suceava, Budapest, Warsaw, Krakow and Katowice. These are the best routes to Montenegro for tourists from Ukraine.
To Montenegro via Poland
There are many cheap ways to get to the airports of Warsaw, Katowice, Krakow from Ukraine. Low-cost airlines Ryanair, Wizzair and the regular airline LOT operate direct flights from Poland. The arrival airport is Podgorica.

Warsaw
You can get to Warsaw from Ukraine by bus, but the situation at the border remains complicated, so we recommend choosing a train. There are several ways to get there by train:
LOT airline operates direct flights from Warsaw:
- Warsaw – Podgorica, departure every day at 11:55 and 12:00, arrival at 13:50 and 13:55. These are direct flights, the ticket price is from UAH 2,550 (57 euros) one way, with hand luggage up to 10 kg.
There are also flights from low—cost airlines with lower ticket prices, but it is not easy to buy them during the season.

Krakow
The route from Ukraine to Krakow by train:
The plane (Ryanair) Krakow – Podgorica:
- Krakow – Podgorica, departure at 05:50, arrives at 07:30, without transfer. The ticket price starts from 18 euros, with hand luggage up to 10 kg.
The cost of the Warsaw – Podgorica round trip flight starts from €48
Katowice
You can get to Katowice in the same way as to Krakow — with a transfer in Przemysl. The Wizzair low—cost airline flies from Katowice to Montenegro, the ticket price starts from 112 euros in both directions for the next dates. If you book tickets in advance, the price will be lower.
- Katowice – Podgorica, departure at 07:10, 18:05, and arrival at 08:55, 19:50. The ticket price starts from 1094 UAH (25 euros), with hand luggage up to 10 kg.
